ASME Code Pressure Vessels

We are shipping two ASME Code pressure vessels manufactured of 304L stainless steel. These vessels were designed by our customer for water treatment. The exterior of these tanks have been glass bead blasted. The advantage of glass bead blasting are for appearances only. One can see a uniform coloration throughout. Compare this finish with our previous picture of a stainless tank showing a mill finish to see the improved look. The glass bead blast helps to: eliminate discoloration of heat marks, flatten the appearance of the mill finish, and blend the areas that are ground or wire wheeled with the rest of the tank.
